Camp Mornington Camp Manager

This is a new, exciting and diverse role that oversees all operations of the new Camp Mornington campground.  The successful applicant will be involved in marketing & promotion, managing the campground and ensuring appropriate standards are adhered to with regards to cleaning, maintenance, office administration, guest services and overall presentation.  We are looking for a person with a passion for ministry, engaging customer service skills and a can do attitude.

Selection Criteria

The successful applicant will meet the following criteria:

  1. Be a practising baptised member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church with a strong commitment to its mission.  This would incorporate an active relationship with Jesus Christ characterised by a deep desire for worship and service to God.
  2. Demonstrated ability for hands-on maintenance type work
  3. Previous experience in managing staff
  4. Demonstrated ability of high customer service skills
