King James Bible - celebrating 400 Years

Pr Glenn Townend was invited by the WA Heads of Churches to do the main address during the 400th Year celebration of the King James Version on November 16 in the St. Georges Cathedral.  Around 200 people from all denominations came together to celebrate the event with Scripture reading, prayers and hymns.  In his address Pr Glenn shared how William Tyndall came to fulfil his lifelong dream expressed to a fellow-clergyman, "I defy the Pope, and all his laws; and if God spares my life, ere many years, I will cause the boy that driveth the plow to know more of the Scriptures than thou dost!"
