Proclaiming the Name of God

On Sabbath, 4 March 2023, Rossmoyne Seventh-day Adventist Church members and friends were blessed and inspired by the ministry of Proclaim: a seven-member, all-male gospel-singing group. They shared the power of the gospel through their singing and personal testimony. The Sabbath School lesson was led by Reg Smedley, and the church service by Igor Siemienowicz who spoke on ‘The Name of the Lord’.  

Since Seth, men have called on the Name of the Lord. To Moses, He revealed himself as, “I AM WHO I AM”: the One who has always existed. After the healing of the lame man, Peter and John were asked, "By what name have you done this?” they responded, “By the name of Jesus Christ... there is no salvation in any other."

God never ignores the call for salvation. The cry of faith in the name of Jesus is the vehicle to salvation.
