Celebrating Faith: Baptisms at Clarkson

The joy keeps coming in heaven and at Clarkson Seventh-day Adventist Church. On Sabbath, 27 January, the congregation witnessed two more happy souls baptized.

Wayden DeJager and Nevaeh Rutherford publicly declared their faith in the Lord Jesus’ death, burial and resurrection as they entered the water of the font to be baptized. Officiating the baptisms were Pr. Geoffrey Plewright and Snr Elder Desiree Geldart.

Elder Desiree conducted Bible studies with the candidates over the past 12 months.

Wayden and Nevaeh were lovingly accepted into Clarkson Church family.

The service was followed by a basket lunch and fellowship. Praise the Lord for His love and enabling power as we assist in winning souls.
