Plant a Church, Reap a Harvest

Port Kennedy (PK) church plant began in February this year. Our objective for the first 6 months is to intentionally know the community through face to face engagements. As the photos will show it’s an exciting adventure where our barbequee team is like a well-oiled machine waking the neighbours up with the waft from the barbeque’s sizzling aroma. Thanks also to the Rockingham Council through the Neighbourhood-Unite initiative who provides financial assistance to our outreach.

On the 25th of June we held a community concert. We door knocked and invited people in our community. I would like to thank a number of people for their time and contributions. Pr. Nato, from the Universal Church of Christ, who presented a musical piece. The Grandmother church-Filipino International Fellowship, the daughter churches-Living Waters Fellowship, and Hope Spring Fellowship for their tremendous support. To Jenny Robinson for catering for our concert. I would like also to thank Port Kennedy Fellowship for their support of the Prophetica/Countdown to Eternity in Kwinana. Let’s us pray that next year the Lord will open the door for us to conduct a similar evangelistic campaign right at the heart of Port Kennedy.
